Join Teagan every Wednesday for “Hatha Flow” Yoga at 7:30pm. This practice incorporates gentle sun-salutations, balancing, and other enlivening postures. Drop-in students pay $12; Members pay $8. Mat rentals available. All levels welcome and no experience necessary.
