Flexin’ Fit with Franchesca

This is a beginners level class that will focus on optimal flexibility, range of motion, and core strength. Utilizing Pilates and yoga-inspired exercises on mats, even those with previous injuries or challenges can find modifications to meet their body where it is. Franchesca is an experienced Pilates instructor and movement coach. Mats available for $1 rental; first class is FREE.
