Tucked inside the Roots and open during performances and special events, our Apothecary & Elixir Bar is proud to introduce North Georgia’s first-ever Dry Bar—a different kind of nightlife experience where the creativity and special atmosphere of going out remain.
Inspired by old-world apothecaries, garden herbs, and the art of making a really beautiful drink, our menu features handcrafted elixirs, botanical beverages, herbal tonics, and original recipe, layered zero-proof creations. Each drink is made to feel like part of the experience—something interesting to sip while you settle in for a show, gather with friends, or spend an evening under the Canopy.
Expect fresh herbs, citrus, florals, warming spices, unexpected flavors, and drinks that are as lovely to look at as they are to drink. Some offerings may also feature optional functional or botanical additions, allowing you to choose an elixir that suits the mood of your evening.
For us, a Dry Bar isn’t about what’s missing from the glass. It’s about creating something entirely its own—a place to gather, connect, listen to live music, and enjoy a thoughtfully-crafted drink without alcohol being the centerpiece of the experience.
