Zion Goins :: acoustic alt-pop singer-songwriter LIVE in the Roots

Coming straight out of the smallest town in East Tennessee, Zion Goins is determined to move you with his music. He found his passion for music and songwriting in high school. A place where many evil, middle-aged, and balding teachers would try to discourage him from creating, but he stood tall and rejected their heinous remarks. His love for indie acoustic music inspired him to bring a new sound to the scene. Zion writes from a place of honesty and wholehearted passion, that is evident in his lyrics and production. He is the perfect artist to listen to when wanting to relax, pursue your dreams, fall in love, or take a nice afternoon drive. His emotional debut single “Don’t Want It” quickly found a home with fans, bringing in over half a millions streams. Following this success, he released his first EP, “No Sad Songs” in the summer of 2020, which has accrued nearly another 500,000 streams and has been featured on multiple Spotify editorial playlists.
Currently a Birmingham local, Zion splits his time between writing the upcoming full-length album, performing, leading Jesus-centered worship, and slinging spro as one of Birmingham’s favorite baristas.
