Join Rebecca or Sophie every Monday evening for Yin yoga. Yin yoga goes into the connective tissues to initiate change at deep levels. Following a breath – linked flow sequence,  the practice will be mostly on the floor, while maintaining mindful stillness.  A regular Yin practice cultivates groundedness off of the mat. Gentle and suitable for all levels, from beginner to experienced.

Class will be 60 – 75 minutes in length, ending in serene rest.

Bring your own mat or rent one for $1; room cleaned thoroughly before and after each class. Masks not required.
