He’s won awards- his personal favorite being the Kerrville New Folk award in 2003 with fellow winners Anais Mitchell\, writer of the multiple Tony Awards® winning “Hadestown”\, and Colin Brooks of the Band of Heathens- and he has been covered by great artists like Sam Bush\, Larry Keel\, and Red Molly. \nHe still just wants to write the next great song. As a professional musician\, he has performed on the stages of notable venues across the United States\, including the Georgia Theater\, House of Blues\, and the Florida Theater. Jason has collaborated or shared the stage with renowned artists and bands\, including Amy Ray of the Indigo Girls\, Zac Brown Band\, and Darrell Scott. \nHis discography showcases my musical versatility\, with credits as a guitarist\, mandolin player\, vocalist\, songwriter\, and producer. As a multi-instrumentalist\, he is proficient in guitar\, mandolin\, banjo\, piano\, and voice. He has also made contributions to the film industry\, with multiple music videos under my belt. \nIn addition to my performance and recording endeavors\, he has been heavily involved in music education\, founding and teaching at several music schools\, and providing music therapy services.
