DESCRIPTION:Purchase Tickets HERE. \nAbout Jessica: \n“Jessica It’s All Good is a lady comedian from the South with a loud personality\, no shame\, and not a whole lot of inhibitions. She has rocked out places like The Comedy Zone\, Laughing Skull Lounge\, Uptown Comedy Club\, MadLife Stage & Studios\, Truman State University\, Spartanburg Methodist College\, State University of New York College at Geneseo\, Emory University\, and many more. In 2014 she won her first comedy competition and received the 1st place prize of The Rev’d Up Comedy Jam Contest. She went on to perform in other competitions and was a semi-finalist in the 2014 Atlanta’s Top Comic Comedy Contest. In 2015 she took her comedy special: “Memoirs of a Supermodel Princess Clown to The Complex Theatre in Hollywood\, CA. In 2020\, Jessica produced her new\, race related\, comedy special: “WE’RE ALL CHOCOLATE\,” with the support of several donors. In 2021 it was nominated for “Mind-Blowing Comedy” For Comedic Writing Of The Year in the Writing/Adaptations category of The Young-Howze Theatre Awards. Whether she is traveling\, performing locally\, or online\, Jessica keeps the energy high and the laughs flowing. Her comedy will go down in history as comedy for positivity and change\, and she’ll keep it clean while on the way.” \nThe doors and speakeasy open at 7:00PM with show beginning at 7:30PM. DESCRIPTION:Join C+R and Bridging Hope of Gainesville for an evening of comedy\, connection\, discussion\, and short-film screening of “The Last Drop”\, a 45 minute sci-fi about relationship abuse. Kicking off the event\, we’ll greet you at the door with a swag bag and guests can visit the healthy relationships gallery of art exhibition in the yoga room; underground will begin a social .5 hour of cocktails and mocktails before Jessica It’s All Good takes the stage with stand-up comedy to engage and have us finding the humor in relationships\, both platonic and romantic.  \nDuring the screening\, we will offer movie snacks and coffee. Beer and wine will be available. Following will be a survivor panel lead by mental-health professional and founder of non-profit Project Yet\, Joy K.  \nFREE to ATTEND.\n \nPREREGISTER HERE. \nThursday\, February 27th at 7:00pm.\nAbout Bridging Hope (formerly known as Rape Response): \nSince 1988\, Bridging Hope has served as a system of support\, advocacy\, and education\, providing services to the community and survivors of sexual assault (ages 13 and older) while safeguarding the dignity of each person served. Our primary service area includes Dawson\, Forsyth\, Habersham\, Hall\, Lumpkin and White Counties in Georgia.

She’s a graduate of laughing skull lounge comedy class\, punchlines\, Jeff justice\, comedy writers\, workshops\, levels\, one and two\, as well as select stages during Hollywood Burbank comedy festival\, August 2024. Most recently\, she performed in Keenan. Thompson presents: Road to Vegas\, earning an honorable mention from Hollywood directors earlier this year. A native of Cartersville Georgia LaReesa expires to one day participate as a game show contestant and drive the Oscar Meyer wiener mobile until the calls come she’s sharing her story for His glory and laughing all the way. \nMike Cooper has been married to his wife\, Christine\, for 31 years. They live in Dunwoody\, Georgia\, and have a 27 year-old son who graduated from the United States Air Force Academy\, and now service captain and pilot. Their family also includes a four year-old shelter dog named trooper Cooper. Mike spent 41 years working in information technology with companies such as IBM and Hewlett-Packard. Having recently retired he is now enjoying his pre-time.  \nHolly Hardin– 61-year-old Southern Belle who everybody calls Miss Holly – makes her debut tonight\, serving punchline smoother than sweet tea and brighter than the heirloom pearls mama hauls in a roller cooler to church potluck\, grocery store\, or doctors office – because Lord knows a lady Sparkle shouldn’t wait for Sunday. Widowhood just a new aisle to shop: casseroles stacked higher than gossip\, older men who flirt like they’re still in high school (bless their polyester hearts)\, and casseroles again\, because when you’re 61\, folks don’t bring wine\, they bring carbs with a side of salvation. \nConnect authentically to the artists by hearing them in our “speakeasy”-styled intimate listening room\, the Roots\, located underground beneath the Canopy social house.
