This is a 60 minute class designed to balance and refresh. Expect: a vibin’ playlist, a focus on breath-to-movement, low-impact warm-ups, rejuvenating standing sequences, and a restorative wind down, all with encouraging guidance and cues for improved alignment.

All levels welcome!

There is no need to pre-register for the class. Mats are available for rent ($1). HEPA filters throughout building; room and equipment cleaned after every class. Maximum class capacity is 10. Please arrive early to complete a waiver if this is your first time coming to yoga class at Canopy + the Roots.

We offer a dedicated yoga space with humidity and temperature-control. We gently warm our studio for optimum movement for each practice. Every class is $12/guest or $8/member. You can find our Frequently Asked Questions here.
