Join Lindsay every Friday morning for SLOW FLOW. This slow flow is a meditative slow vinyasa practice which links the breath and body. We’ll incorporate deep breathing during slow movements to prepare the body and mind for holding postures. This flow focuses on major muscle groups, strengthening and awareness. You can expect soft, smooth yet challenging movement for both beginners and seasoned yogis.
