Join Hollie every Thursday morning for this all-level practice, Rise + Grind. Rise + Grind, an uplifting and lighthearted Vinyasa Flow, synchronizes pranayama (breath work) with a progressive series of seated, standing, and even some balancing postures. Vinyasa is a yoga flow that moves like a dance from one posture into another; a different playlist for each class. Smile…all while detoxifying the body and mind, improving circulation, and calming the neurological system. Cost of class includes a drip coffee or tea.

Only SIX spaces available. Bring your own mat or rent one for $1; room sanitized before and after each class. Mask required for class size over 2 students.
