Join Ana or Hollie every Monday from 6:00pm-7:00pm for this vinyasa class that will use the linking together of movement and breath to create a flow. Each week will offer a variety of postures and no two classes will be alike. This practice will cultivate balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance. Overall this breath initiated flow will seek to connect every action of our life with the intention of moving toward Christ. Christ-centered playlists and scripture readings are incorporated into each practice.
