My name is Kelly and I am a gospel preaching yoga teacher. Since becoming a yoga practitioner my passion for helping others discover the freedom that comes from understanding who they are and what they were created for. Combining my faith with a consistent yoga practice has helped me find more balance in my life, confidence in who I am created to be in Christ, and the strength to boldly follow God’s call every day. Hollie began practicing yoga more than ten years ago and has been trained in both Hatha and Ashtanga traditions. She was a collegiate athlete, so her practice is typically challenging in both muscle and mind. Faith led her to Christ-centered yoga which has deepened her relationship with God and has opened a new door for praise and worship.
Hollie’s intentions are to serve and guide students/warriors into a new-found expression of confidence and strength. Yoga is for everyone! Hollie is a regular Tuesday instructor here at Canopy + the Roots. She is a 200 hr trained Registered Yoga Teacher. Find Hollie on Instagram @bohohollie
Kylie G. Davis founded Colorado Yoga Connection in August 2019 after completing her Trauma Sensitive Yoga Training with Yoga Faith. Kylie is a Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S. CCC-SLP) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance. Kylie has been practicing yoga since 2009 and pursued her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training to deepen her personal practice and share the benefits of yoga with others. Colorado Yoga Connection offers a variety of private, online classes and styles of yoga. Our mission is to provide trauma sensitive yoga in an accessible, online format and to create an inviting space for yoga students to explore their practice safely, cultivate connection and gain confidence on and off the mat.
Jessica Taylor is a 500 HR E-RYT (Dylan Werner), 200 HR E-RYT (John Merideth) and 500 HR Budokon Trained (Cameron Shayne) movement guide. In addition she has had Yin training with Bernie Clark, SkyYoga Aerial Training with Acacia Jade, and Yoga Nidra/Meditation training with the Himalayan Institute amongst others. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Mental Health Counseling and she has a Doctorate of Pharmacy.
Jessica didn’t find yoga until a bit later in life. She wasn’t an athlete or movement practitioner growing up and was, at the time, a pharmacist. She had all the creature comforts, but something was lacking. She found the practice of yoga and stumbled upon the missing link. Passion!
The creative side and zest for life that had slowly dimmed since childhood was reawakened. She discovered that yoga not only allowed her and her students to get stronger physically, but to grow and transform emotionally and mentally. She offers challenging practices by inviting in an exploration of vulnerability and truth. She holds space for her students to explore, play, pay attention, and to discover themselves through laughter, sweat, tears, and a constant mindful, inward journey. She believes there are so many lessons we can take from our yoga practice that benefit us off our mat in the practice of life and it has a great power to transform. Be prepared to be challenged to move and think in different ways, but above all, be empowered to take the journey to explore and Be You. To forever be a student. It’s never too late and she can attest to that. She is the co-founder of Sweet Fire Gatherings, LLC (which focuses on Restorative and Yin Yoga) and founder of Taylored For You Yoga, LLC. Her home base is currently Atlanta, but she loves to travel, explore things like rock climbing and pole fitness, host yoga retreats around the world, and was honored to teach at Wanderlust Festival and Dirty South Yoga Fest.
“Ashtanga” is typically a certain sequencing of postures but for the sake of “fusion”; Hollie has liberated the sequences of asana to a vinyasa flow that moves more like a dance and feels like strengthening, stretching, challenging, and sweating.

I live in Barrow County, Georgia with my husband, two boys and our fur baby. My passion with yoga started at my local YMCA, where I am humbled to teach now. I love yoga for so many different reasons, one of them being the ability to unite the mind, body and soul. I love how yoga doesn’t have to fit a certain “mold” . It can be so many different things to so many different people.
