Join Blair every Wednesday morning for this intentional practice that incorporates pranayama (breath work) with seated postures held for extended time to release tension, lactic acid, and toxin stress build-up in the muscles. Add this to your High Intensity Life ASAP. Deep release in muscles and connective tissues (tendons & ligaments). Plus, train your brain to “relax harder.” Perfect for desk/sitting-sore bodies and athletes alike.
