Join Hollie every Thursday morning for this athletic practice that synchronizes pranayama (breath work) with a progressive series of seated, standing, and balancing postures. Expect to be challenged as we focus on building heat internally and breaking a sweat through core-work, hip-opening, and all-body strength. You will find this practice both detoxifies the body and the mind while improving circulation and calming the neurological system.
