Join Hollie every Thursday morning for this athletic sequencing practice that incorporates pranayama (breath work) with seated, standing, and balancing postures. Expect to be challenged both physically and mentally as you focus on core-work, hip-opening, and all-body strength. This practice is usually a gently-heated class with added humidity for extra sweat. At this time, we do not heat the room or add humidity.
